Dorothy Collins

Dorothy Masters Collins, 94, of Salvisa, formerly of Richmond, died Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born Feb. 9, 1923, in Madison, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Josephine Perkins Masters.

She retired from Westinghouse and was member of the Richmond First Church of the Nazarene.
