BESSIE HENDERSON

Bessie Henderson, 87, of Harrodsburg, widow of Charles Henderson, died Monday, May 15, 2017, at her home.

Born Nov. 27, 1929, in Harrodsburg, she was daughter of the late Edward and Mary Lou Bradshaw Hines.

She was a Sunday School superintendent and teacher, Director of Christian Education and Women’s Missionary Society, member of the St. Peter AME Church and member of the B&PW Club, Roots and Heritage Committee and West Side School Committee.
