VIRGINIA CAREY

Virginia Carey, 96, of Harrodsburg, widow of Samuel Carey, died Sunday, March 12, 2017, at The Willows.

Born Feb. 8, 1921, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Vaulter and Willie Durr Graham.

She was a retired seamstress for Palm Beach Manufacturing,  was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church, the Mercer Co. Senior Citizens, and the Haggin Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.

Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Friday, March 17, at the St. Andrew Catholic Church with Al DeGiacomo officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation Friday, March 17, from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
