FRANCES NORTON

Frances Vernelle Norton, 78, of San Diego, Calif. died Monday, Oct. 31, 2016.

Born Sept. 5, 1938, in Leroy, Ill., he was the son of the late Sidney Norton and the late Jean Morgan Norton of Mercer County.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he was a military policeman, and was a retired employee of Amtrac Railroad.
