Timothy Wayne Chamberlain, 48, of Harrodsburg died Friday, Dec.30, 2016, at the University of Louisville Hospital.

Born July 9, 1968, in Ashtabula, Ohio, he was the son of James and Bonnie Taft of Harrodsburg.

He was a member of the United States Army.
