Sara Maynard Berry, 32, wife of Dennis Berry, died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016.

Born Jan. 17, 1984, in Pikeville, she was the daughter of William Winston and Debbie Thacker Maynard of Pikeville.

She was a 2002 Graduate of Pike Central High School, had recently earned her Masters Degree in Library Science from Eastern Kentucky University, was a third grade teacher at Burgin School and a member of the Kentucky Education Association.
