MILDRED STARKS

Mildred Starks, 93, of Harrodsburg, widow of Charles V. Starks, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at the Willows of Harrodsburg.

Born April 29, 1923, in Trenton, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Hazel Shuman Griffin.

She was a retired beautician.
