Attorneys representing Tristan Cole’s accused murderer are saying detectives did not read the suspect his rights.
The attorneys challenged the admissibility of a taped interrogation of Trenton Easterling, who is charged with murdering and robbing Cole in April, because they say neither he nor his mother were properly mirandized prior to the questioning.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Richie Bottoms argued the investigating officers followed proper procedure.
