Yeasts following their dreams

Zharia and Zhunai Yeast are students at Mercer County Senior High School. Their younger sister, Zoe, is a student at King Middle School. The older two are cheerleaders and Zoe plays for the Lady Titans basketball team. Together, these three sisters got the opportunity to go to the state tournament.
The three travelled with the boy’s and girl’s basketball teams to the KHSAA Sweet 16 State Tournament, which saw the Lady Titans reach the Final Four and the boys lose a heartbreaker to Paul Lawrence Dunbar in the first round.
