Eddie Montgomery Steakhouse set to sell
Eddie Montgomery’s Steakhouse, pictured above, located on the US-127 bypass, will soon be the location of Trilogy’s extended health care facility, the Willows at Harrodsburg.

Trilogy Health Services in Louisville—the company that purchased the extended care facility at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital in 2015—is in negotiations to purchase the former location of Eddie Montgomery’s Steakhouse.
The restaurant has sat empty since the doors were closed in 2012. Valued at $3,200,000, there have been no interested in the 16,872 square foot building, located off the US 127 Bypass on the south side of Harrodsburg, until this year.
The negotiations were confirmed by Steve Kelly, vice president of marketing and sales at Central Bank & Trust, who purchased the building for $4,250,000 at a Master Commissioner’s sale in 2014.
