Beware of Door-To-Door Paving Contractors

Along with daffodils and Bradford pear trees, one of the surest signs of spring is the arrival of the itinerant asphalt contractor with a truck load of blacktop and a lot of promises.
“It’s getting to be about that time,” said Mercer County Ernie Kelty. He’s already been called in on a dispute over asphalt charges.
