FRANK POWERS III

Frances Leslie Powers III, 77, died Thursday, March 31, 2016 in Niceville, Fla.  

Born on May 13, 1938, in Carrolton, he was the son of the late Frank Leslie Powers II and Elizabeth Tobin Powers. 

He was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, a veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard and retired from the FBI.
