DALLAS NOEL

Dallas Rue Noel, 89, widower of Jo Ann Scully Noel, died Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center.  

Born Jan. 18, 1927, in Moreland, he was the son of the late William Conn and Maimie Durham Noel.  

He was a retired real estate broker, a U.S. Army veteran, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
