Richard Carroll, 73, of Burgin, widower of Brenda Joanne Cummins, died Thursday, March 24, 2016. 

Born on April 25, 1942, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late James and Ruby White Carroll.

He was retired a factory employee for Hallmack and Wausau Paper.
