Burgin students explore new worlds

A unique partnership is helping Burgin students explore the world outside of high school.
Small school systems like Burgin Independent School District struggle to provide career training. That’s why Burgin partnered with the Kentucky School for the Deaf (KSD) and the Danville Independent School District, initially to help students get college and career ready. But school officials say students have also found other benefits to the arrangement.
