PAUL LEWIS SR.

Paul Haven “Pee Wee” Lewis Sr., 67, husband of Dorothy Lewis, died Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.  

Born Sept. 20, 1948 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Paul T. and Helen Shirley Lewis.  

He was retired from the Kentucky Army National Guard, was a Vietnam veteran and member of the VFW and was a member of the Baptist faith.
