REV. FLOYING THOMPSON JR.

Rev. Floying William Thompson Jr., 68, husband of Marsha Goodlett Thompson, died Monday, Feb. 15, 2016, at the VA Medical Center in Lexington. 

Born Sept. 7, 1947, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Floying William Thompson Sr. and Margaret Harmon Thompson. 

He was a member of the Ministerial Examining Board, was an ordained Bishop, served as Chaplain for the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center and was a member of the 4th Street Danville Church of God.
