FRANCES FOWLER

Frances Dale Fowler, 73, of Altanta, Ga., died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Atlanta. 

Born March 23, 1942, in Charlotte, N.C., she was the daughter of the late James Clay and Lena Daugherty Davenport. 

She was a stay at home mom and was an elementary school teacher.
