WILLIAM RUSSELL JR.

William H. “Billy” Russell Jr., 53, of Burgin, husband of Kathy A. Russell, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016 at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital. 

Born Jan. 8, 1963, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of William Hanley Russell Sr. and the late Virginia Lee Carey Russell.  

He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
