FRANCES FOWLER

Frances Dale Fowler, 73, of Altanta, Ga., died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Atlanta.

Born March 23, 1942, in Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late James Clay and Lena Daugherty Davenport of Harrodsburg. 

She was a homemaker and was an elementary school teacher.
