JERRY KAYS

Jerry D. Kays, 73, of Salvisa, husband of Judie Sparrow Kays, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at the Florida Hospital of North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs, Fla.

Born May 29, 1942, in Willisburg, he was the son of the late George E. and Juanita Wilham Kays.

He was a graduate of Harrodsburg High School, was retired from the Kentucky Department of Revenue and the Mercer County School District, was a member and deacon of Salvisa Baptist Church and was a Gideon.
