WILLIAM QUINN JR

William C. (Pistol, Speedy) Quinn Jr., 79, widower of Peggy Stephens Quinn, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born September 30, 1936, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late William C. and Dora Etta Harris Quinn. 

He was a retired construction worker, was a former employee for Bruce Hale Home Improvement and was a member of the Middleburg Baptist Church.
