JAMES HAZEN

James Edward Hazen, 58, of Harrodsburg, husband of Eleanor Davenport Hazen, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015 at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.

Born April 20, 1957, in Everett, Wash., he was the son of Retha Vacsicko Baird Hazen and the late Arthur Hazen.

He was a paper machine supervisor for Wausau Paper.
