RAYMOND GARNER
Raymond Garner, 82, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Lincoln County, husband of Maria E. Vasquez Garner, died Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, in Las Vegas.
Born May 28, 1933, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Charles R. Garner and Verla M. Roberts Garner.
He was a member of the United States Air Force, was employed at Garner’s Store in Lincoln County, and worked at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include: four sons, Charles (Mi) Garner, James (Denise) Garner, and Bobby Garner, all of Las Vegas and William (Blanca) Garner of Phoenix, Ariz.; two step-sons, Michael Gallagher of Las Vegas and John Gallagher of Westwood, Calif.; one daughter, Jenni (Ron) Eastveld of Las Vegas; two stepdaughters, Elizabeth Gallagher of Las Vegas and Mary Gallagher of San Pedro, Calif.; one brother, Fred Garner of Benson, Ariz.; one sister, Ruby Howard of Salvisa; two grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
