TERRANCE JOHNSON

Terrance I. Johnson, 34, of Lexington, died Friday Nov. 6, 2015, at Select Medical Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. 

Born Apr. 12, 1981, in Christian County, he was the son Clarence Johnson and Patricia Leavell.

He was employed by the University of Kentucky Medical Center and coached football at Lexington Christian Academy.
