Raymond Franklin Phillips Jr., 51, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

Born Aug. 3, 1964, in Frankfort, he was the son of the late Raymond Franklin Phillips and Arlene Belle Gaines Cox Phillips.
