LYLE VANGORP

Lyle J. VanGorp, 88, of Harrodsburg, husband of Norma Jean Shelton, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, at his home.

Born Oct. 26, 1926, in New Sharon, Iowa, he was the son of the late Carl and Lola Spain VanGorp.

He served in the Army during Korean Conflict from 1955 to 1977, was retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years and as an electrical repairman through the Civil Service.
