LOUISE PHILLIPS

Louise “Sissy” Phillips, 88, widow of William E. Phillips, of Stanford, died Friday, Oct. 9, 2015 at her residence.

Born Wednesday, April 27, 1927 in Boyle County, she was the daughter of the late William and Flora Combs Anderson. 

She was an administrative assistant in the Admissions Office at Centre College and was a member of New Beginnings United Methodist Church.
