PEGGY TARTER

Peggy Ann Tarter, 78, died Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Harrodsburg Health & Rehab Center in Harrodsburg.

Born Nov. 14, 1936 in Russell County, she was the daughter of the late Earl A. and Alpha Foley.

She owned and operated Tarter’s Grocery in the Dunnville community.
