ELSIE WELLS

Elsie B. Scrogham Wells, 93, of Salvisa, widow of Clifton Wells, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at her residence.

Born Aug. 28, 1921, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Sillie Taylor Scrogham.  

She was a homemaker and a member of the Antioch Christian Church.
