Lady Titans Classic Host 16 Teams

Kellie Ingram hit out of the sand at the Lady Titan Classic, held at the Danville Country Club, Saturday Sept. 20.

The Lady Titans Golf Team held their second annual ‘Lady Titan Golf Classic’ Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Danville Country Club.

Paul Laurence Dunbar (PLD) won the team title with a team total of 322. PLD was followed by Russell County with a 325 and Boyle County with a 332.

The Lady Titans finished 12th out of 16 teams, with a team total of 405.

“I thought our girls played okay, but as a team we will need to play better in the region to compete for a spot in state,” said Lady Titan Head Coach Jeremy Brummett.
