Pigman Takes Over as AD

Harrodsburg native Sean Pigman has taken over as the new Mercer County Senior High (MCSH) athletic director, replacing Jaziel Guerra.

Pigman, a 1987 graduate of Harrodsburg High School, began his journey as athletic director the first week of July and has already stayed busy getting everything ready for the school year. “I’m working tirelessly. I’m getting here at eight in the morning, and normally don’t get home until 10 at night,” said Pigman.

Pigman will not only serve as the athletic director, he will continue teaching mathematics and serve as the assistant head coach for the girls basketball team. “For me, I still love coaching. Basketball is the one thing I’ve always done. I wanted a chance to coach this group of girls.”
