Preparing Today for Success Tomorrow

Founder of the Titans Baseball Club Zeke Edwards, center back, recently held the club’s first team lesson for a group of 8-year-olds.
Even before he became the assistant head coach for the Mercer County baseball team, Zeke Edwards always wondered what it would be like if Mercer County had it’s own summer league baseball program.
“Even when I played for the Morse Mustangs when I was in high school, I wondered what it would be like if Mercer had its own team in the summer,” said Edwards. “I really began thinking of creating a summer program a couple of years ago when Boyle County started their Sliders program.”
After kicking around the idea with Mercer County baseball Head Coach Jeremy Shope, the two decided the idea was worth making a reality and created the Titans Baseball Club.
