Mercer County Titans Basketball Preview

The Mercer County Titan’s basketball team fell to the 5th Region’s No. 1 ranked team, Taylor County Saturday night at Campbellsville University, 51-40, in their first scrimmage of the preseason. The Titans were without six of their players however due to the school’s football season not ending until Friday night.

“I don’t see their absence as a disadvantage, if anything it’s worked in our favor,” said Britt about missing some of his more experienced players at Saturday’s scrimmage.
