ARTIE ROSS

Nellie Rae Kinder Turner, 93, widow of Ralph Ernest Turner, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013 at the Christian Care Center of Lancaster.  

Born July 12, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Eli and Maudie Ray Harley Kinder.  She attended Ellers Memorial  Baptist Church.
