Titans Football Slain by Knights

Mercer’s Kobe Ford, left, holds off the Lexington Catholic defender in Friday’s game.
After starting the season 3-0, the Mercer County football team was dealt their third consecutive loss Friday night on the road against the Knights of Lexington Catholic (4-2), 34-6.
After giving up a touchdown to the Knights on the game’s opening drive and falling behind 6-0, after a missed extra point attempt by Donovan Morris, Mercer’s Chris Crawley-Goodman took the ensuing kickoff all the way to the Lexington Catholic 11-yard-line.
