Mercer Volleyball Falls to Lady Colts

After falling to the 46th District’s No. 1 seed at home, the Mercer volleyball team hoped to get revenge on the Lady Colts at West Jessamine in their match Monday night, but came up short losing, 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-16).
Mercer held a 3-4 point lead over West early in the opening game, but were undone when the Lady Colts won 14 of the next 16 points taking a commanding 17-6 lead. From there the Lady Titans exchanged points with West Jessamine, who won the game, 25-14.
