Titans Volleyball Sweeps Burgin

Mercer and Burgin’s match Thursday night was at a different location than their first meeting this season, but it ended with the same results, a Mercer County 3-1 win. 

“Being able to beat them (Burgin) twice really reenforces that confidence in our team that it wasn’t just a fluke the first time we beat them,” said Mercer Head Coach David Sullivan. “Burgin is a great team, we came out here and fought and fought and fought for nearly every point and they wanted it just as bad as we did.”
