Lady Titans Upset Burgin at Home, 3-1

After three straight seasons and nine consecutive defeats, the Lady Titans were finally able to break their losing streak against cross county rival Burgin Monday night, 3-1. 

“This win is huge, just huge,” said Mercer Head Coach Diavid Sullivan. “You hate to pinpoint one game, but we’ve been looking at this game for a long time. We felt like we made hug strides in the offseason but we still wanted to see where we measure up to against Burgin and West (Jessamine) and we got that answer tonight.”
