BETTY BUGG

Betty Jane Bugg, 80, widow of Arthur Lester Bugg Jr., died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.  

Born Jan. 24, 1933 in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Stella VanArsdall Keeling. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Deep Creek Baptist Church. 

Survivors include one daughter, Deborah M. (Tom) Brown of Stanford; two sons, Tony (Sherry) Bugg of Harrodsburg and Mitch (Carla) Bugg, also of Harrodsburg; one sister Linda (Junior) Darnell of Mercer County, six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters: Joanna Sallee and Delois Keeling.
