MICHAEL HERRON

Michael David Herron, 77, of Danville, husband of Billie Weimer Herron, died Friday, Aug. 23, 2013.  

Born Aug. 2, 1936, in Beaver Falls, Pa., he was the son of the late Howard G. Herron and Beth Gruber. He was a purchasing manager for Matthews Conveyer and a member of First Christian Church, the VFW and the Boyle County Gun Club. He was a Kentucky Colonel, and was also a captain of the Volunteer Fire Department in Wurtemburg, Perry Township, Pa.
