SHERMAN VOTAW

Sherman B. Votaw, 86, of Valdosta, Ga., husband of Rosa Staton Votaw, died Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Lake City, Fla.

Born Oct. 29, 1926 in Washington County, he was the son of the late Frank Votaw and Ada Sims Votaw.  He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of Bemiss Road Baptist Church.
