10&11U All-Stars Win District
The Mercer County 9 and 10U All-Star team won the District 3 Title defeating Eastern America in extra innings, 7-6.
It took extra innings Thursday night, but when all was said and done, it was the Mercer County All-Stars that got to call themselves District Three Champions defeating team Eastern America 7-6.
Mercer took a lead in the top of the first inning turning three balls and three hits into a 3-0 lead. From there the nine and 10U All-Stars would never trail.
