Burgin’s Beckerson and Marcinek Named All-Area

The Burgin boy’s and girl’s track teams each had runners named to the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association (KTCCCA) All-Area 6  team earlier this week. 

Lady Bulldog Liz Marcinek made first all-area in the long jump event after winning the event at the class 1A state meet. She also made the honorable mention team in the triple jump event in which she finished seventh overall at the state meet.
