Lady Bulldogs Beat Monticello, 22-7

It took the Lady Bulldogs (2-11) softball team just four innings to pick up their second win of the season Friday night in a rematch with the Lady Trojans of Monticello High School. 

Burgin’s winning pitcher, Elizabeth Adams, went all four innings and gave up seven runs on five hits and five walks while striking out five Monticello batters.
