MARY SMITH

Mary Beulah Carrico Smith, 88, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at The James B. Haggin Extended Care Center.

She is survived by five sons, Benny and Bobby Smith, both of Florence, Ruben Smith of Bardstown, Randall Smith of Williamstown and Kenny Smith of Springfield; two daughters, Patsy Poff of Harrodsburg and Charlotte Thomas of Loretta.
