Errors Plague Burgin in 25-2 Loss

Fielding errors and cold bats doomed the Lady Bulldogs Softball team (1-5) Monday night against the Lady Rebels of Casey County (3-5). Burgin committed 11 errors and managed two hits in their three inning, 25-2 loss.
Casey put up seven runs in the top of the first inning on five hits and two errors against Burgin’s Elizabeth Adams. Grace Osbourn answered for the Lady Bulldogs in the bottom of the inning with a two RBI single to center field scoring Kae-Lynn Bradshaw and Olivia May.
