Wilma Palmer Patrum, 79, died Tuesday April 2, 2013 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
Born Oct. 9, 1933 in Richmond, she was the daughter of the late Scoville and Mallie Tuggle Palmer. She was a retired registered nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Harrodsburg.
