Marvin Demaree

Marvin Haston Demaree, 69, of Stanford, formerly of Harrodsburg, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at the Veterans  Affairs Medical Center in Lexington.

Born April 9, 1943 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Marvin E. and Stella V. Hogue Demaree. He served during Vietnam war in the U. S.  Marine Corps.  He was a retired operations engineer on pipe lines and was a member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church.  

Survivors include  one daughter, Zea H. Demaree of Stanford, and a grandson, Cristian H. Demaree.
