Jennie Mershon

Jennie M. Mershon, 90, of Harrodsburg,  widow of Marion T. Mershon, died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.

Born Jan. 3, 1922 in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late William Franklin and Sarah Mae McMurry Simpson.   She was a homemaker, a member of the Salvisa Christian Church, the VFW Auxiliary and the Mercer Senior Citizens.

Survivors include: one son, Arnold Mershon; one sister, Frances Stamper of Lexington; two grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.
